How We Work
We recommend starting with a focused, paid diagnostic to isolate the actual problem you are trying to solve and what decision must be made. This ensures the work is targeted on the right constraint from the start. From there, we formulate the engagement so it is clear what we are doing and why.
Then, we look at the data to establish a fact base that separates convenient fictions from what is actually happening. Opinions do not survive the language of data and logic.
Once the ground truth is established, we engage in one of two ways:
